Around two days ago I posted about The Citibank Philippines Enhanced Cash Advance Harassment. Not more than 10 mins ago I called Cibank Philippines to make a followup call on my case only to find out that my case just got filed to the concerend department. This is according to a certain Ms. LA Porbe (if I got her name correctly) who tried her best to calm me down a bit.

The gist is that Ms. Porbe will give me a call today around 5pm and again tomorrow around 10am and again at 5pm everyday until this harassment is fixed.
Right now I still cant understand why it takes so long to cancel this unwanted check. Maybe if I accepted it and then deposited the whole amount back to my citibank credit card it might have been over and my meralco bill and Globe bill wont be rejected. You see, This is why I called this harassment. Because of them my financial plans for the month is now a total mess. I wonder if it’s possible to take this to the Philippine court. Citibank Philippines needs to learn a lesson.
