For the past 3 weeks I have been heavily experiencing intermittent connection and selective browsing from my supposed to be faster than any other broadband provider out in the market. I’ve already spoken to more than 5 CSR of Globelines Broadband and they all gave me their personal guarantee to coordinate the problem with their incompetent admin support and field support. They all tell stupid LIES and all CSR’s script is the same. I don’t know what they see on their screen but its supposed to be my account information including what modem type is installed. Isn’t this the purpose of having a computerized system?
I just hope that today is the last day that I’ll have to call themfor these concerns.
Globelines generally deteriorated its services this past few months. DId they had a change in management or did they just went relaxed?
