Today I heard a semi good news. Ms. LA Porbe of Citibank Philippines called around 1PM informing me that my case is finally moving (After 3 freaking weeks). The concerned department promised her they will give my credit back by Saturday, July 26, 2008. This is good if it will happen because the 28th is my cutoff date. Kudos to Ms. LA Porbe for working on my case.
I hope this is not one of those Call Center Bulshit!
