Wednesday, July 23rd, 2008Today I heard a semi good news. Ms. LA Porbe of Citibank Philippines called around 1PM informing me that my case is finally moving (After 3 freaking weeks). The concerned department promised her they will give my credit back by Saturday, July 26, 2008. This is good if it will happen because the 28th is my cutoff date. Kudos to Ms. LA Porbe for working on my case.
I hope this is not one of those Call Center Bulshit!

Tuesday, July 22nd, 2008Around two days ago I posted about The Citibank Philippines Enhanced Cash Advance Harassment. Not more than 10 mins ago I called Cibank Philippines to make a followup call on my case only to find out that my case just got filed to the concerend department. This is according to a certain Ms. LA Porbe (if I got her name correctly) who tried her best to calm me down a bit.

Monday, July 21st, 2008My cute Walle Transformable Toy from Toy Kingdom. I dont know when the movie will be shown here so I bought the toy out of excitment. This character reminds me of an old movie I saw when I was a little kid, Short Circuit. Walle seems to be a smaller version of Number 5.

Do not say the words YES, OO, OK and anything that will lead them to assume that you have agreed to the enhanced cash advance promo. This is what happened to me over 3 weeks ago.
